How long does shipping take from the Netherlands?
Orders ship from our Amsterdam base to anywhere in Europe. Exact timing depends on destination and is confirmed at checkout before you pay.
Is everything really hand-made, or are some pieces printed?
Hand-made, piece by piece, by artisans across Mexico. That's also why no two pieces are ever perfectly identical — and why each one takes real time to finish.
What if a piece doesn't work in my space?
You have 14 days to return it, no complicated conditions. We also list dimensions on every product page so there are fewer surprises to begin with.
What if something arrives damaged?
Send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort a replacement or refund — no argument.
Why do these cost more than something from a furniture store?
Because you're not buying something a machine stamped out ten thousand times. Each piece is made by hand by a single artisan over days or weeks, and it's the only one that will ever exist. You're paying for the piece nobody else can have — not mass-produced décor.
