Your Right to Cancel
As an EU customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason, with no explanation required.
To exercise this right, simply contact us within those 14 days at casa-unica@outlook.com with your order number and your intention to return the item.
Returning Your Item
Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
Items must be returned:
- In their original condition, unused and undamaged
- In their original packaging where possible
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: if the item shows signs of use or damage caused after delivery, we reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us at casa-unica@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a full refund or replacement (if available) at no cost to you.
